Barry Hale, ACSW – Principal & Owner 

Barry Hale is recently retired after 39 years of executive leadership in non-profit healthcare.  Having served in Chief Executive Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice-President for Business Development roles,  his expertise spans strategic planning, financial and operational oversight, technology adoption, continuous improvement and governance. 

Today, Barry focuses on strengthening Catholic parish operations, particularly in strategic planning, financial oversight and transparent reporting, governance, and stewardship initiatives. 

Known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for learning and improvement, Barry helps parishes and faith based organizations align resources with mission to achieve sustainable growth.
